Meet the Directors and Founders

Joshua Alamu

Fiercely talented Joshua Alamu's CV reads like a who's who of the London Music Scene, working with critically acclaimed artists such as The Band with No Name, West Life, Will Young, 911, Daniel Beddingfield, All Saints and Joss Stone to name but a few. Joshua has also firmly cemented a name for himself as one of London's most sought after Vocal Coaches. Joshua is trained and Certified in the Speech Level Singing technique taught exclusively by The Seth Riggs Organisation in Los Angels  (Michael Jackson, Madonna, Lionel Ritchie etc . . .) and has worked on the hugely popular Pop Idol for ITV and been vocal coach to BBC's Just The Two of Us, Channel 4's Musicool for T4 and BBC One's DanceX. Joshua is passionate, dedicated and down to earth! No job is ever to big, or to small for Joshua. All that matters is the music, and the heart.

Roxanne Galletis

South African born Roxanne Galletis packed her bags at the tender age of 18 and ventured onto British soil. Having written and performed her first song at the age 9, got her first paid job at 13, and trained under mentors Cece Sammy and John Modi for over two years, Roxanne is a bubbly and vibrant no nonsense goal orientated individual with a solid music background and a second to none head for business! With relentless ambition and determination she consistently strives forward aiming to achieve the very best at all she does. It is noted that Roxanne is the youngest (and smallest) of our directors, but we urge you to be vigilant at all times. Dynamite comes in small packages!

Carl Harris

Having worked with the likes of Daniel Beddingfield, Will Young, All Saints and The United Colours of Sound, Carl Harris is no stranger to the art of music. Lyrically gifted and passionately creative, Carl is a man of integrity and strength and has an admirable way with the industry and an unrivalled report with all people great and small. You would have to search this earth long and hard to find another man who eats, sleeps, and breathes music as Carl does! Traveling between continents he lends his voice and his expertise to singers and musicians worldwide and is actively involved with the community, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to sorting the finest talent. Carl is admittedly shy but makes up for it in leaps and bounds with his spontaneous personality and charm.

Gordon McAdam

Multi talented Scottish born Gordon McAdam’s marked innate ability in brand development and interpersonal rapport has seen him work for some of the world’s largest advertising companies, such as JWT and Ogilvy & Mather. Working as a planner and buyer, Gordon has been responsible for formulating and purchasing media campaigns across all types of media, from TV to Press, to Radio. Passionate about Martial arts, Gordon has seven years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry and he represented Britain in the First World Eskrima Championships in the Philippines (Eskrima being one of the main fighting arts of the Archipelago). In addition to being a Director to Euphonica, Gordon is also a Producer to Golden Light Studios on the forthcoming Dark Eden Trilogy, a Hollywood Blockbuster film that is currently in production in Hawaii. Further to that, Gordon spends his 'free time' overseeing East West Studios in London – the Performing arts and Martial Arts Centre where he also teaches the art of Thai Boxing and Satria Fighting from beginners to advanced. Steadfast and intuitive, we recon there is nothing that multifaceted and diverse Gordon McAdam is not capable of mastering!
